Shipping Policy

Colour Me Bronze ships to you via USPS (United States Postal Service).  We pack our solutions into specially sized boxes and each product is individually wrapped in a bubble bag to ensure that the products stay safe and secure during delivery. 

Costs for shipping and handling* is outlined below:


0lbs - 4.4lbs:

$15.95

4.4lbs - 11lbs:

$19.95






Depending on the State to which the shipment is being dispatched to you should receive your order within 1-3 working days.


Signing and Deliveries

Shipments sent via USPS will not require a signature on delivery unless stated in writing that our courier service is unable to leave your order in a safe place.  There is a fee of $6.95 for a signature charged by the USPS system and you will have to submit an additional payment to sales@colourmebronze.com. Once payment is made, your order will be processed. Colour Me Bronze Professional does not take any responsibility for any packages left and unsigned for.  We do suggest that you state your delivery address as either your home or business address where somebody will be available to sign for the delivery. 
 

Tracking

Once your booking has been dispatched you will receive an email with all tracking details.  You will then be able to track your item directly online.  Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at the time of checkout as we will not be held accountable for undelivered items due to incorrect information.

Lost or Damaged Items

If you have not received your item within 5 working days please call Colour Me Bronze Professional on +1 412 996 1428 or email sales@colourmebronze.com.  We will not be held accountable for lost items when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier but will try our best to track down your item as best as possible. 

Even though we make every effort to ensure your delivery arrives on time and in perfect condition, sometimes matters occur that are out of our control.  If you feel that your items have been damaged in transit we ask you to take a photo within 24 hours of receipt of the goods and email sales@colourmebronze.com along with your details and we will assess it on an individual basis. Please take the box and all items damaged with the invoice and packing material to your local USPS. Packages are insured up to $50.00. If eligible per USPS, you will receive a check from them for damaged packages/items.
 

Change of Mind

Colour Me Bronze does not accept returns for change of mind or for any tanning solution.  If you have not tried our products before we suggest that you purchase a sample size bottle first.  We recommend taking extra care when checking out to ensure you have chosen correctly.
 

Incorrect Orders

All orders sent by Colour Me Bronze is checked and double-checked prior to packaging, but on the rare occasion a mistake may occur.  If the item received is not what you have ordered or what is stated on the invoice you receive these products may be returned.  We will send you out a replacement order and will organise a collection of the original products.  If the item has been used we will not accept a return.
 

Delivery Time for Products

Colour Me Bronze is not responsible for any loss of income due to missing or delayed orders.  Please ensure that you allow enough time for all orders to be received.
